"BayFiD - Bavaria's women in digital professions" guest at the MSRM

The talent program of the Bavarian State Ministry of Digital Affairs is aimed at women between 18 and 30 years of age who want to get to know digital professional fields and get inspired for future-oriented professions.


On February 18, 2020 BayFiD was a guest of BayFiD sponsor Prof. Sami Haddadin at the Munich School of Robotics and Machine Intelligence. The program included a tour of the laboratories and robotics hall as well as three top-class expert sessions:

  • Dr. Jasmin Grischke (Robokind Foundation):
    "Robotics and AI education for everybody"
  • Dr. Maria Danninger (Munich School of Robotics and Machine Intelligence):
    "From AI Research to Startup to Industry and Research Strategy"

In the BayFid community, MSRM staff members Anna Adamczyk and Elena Kern give an insight into their work and the topic of artificial intelligence. Last but not least, they also describe their enthusiasm for the research field of robotics and system intelligence - to be seen and heard in the story "Zu Gast bei...".

The Bavarian Minister of State for Digital Affairs Judith Gerlach has launched the initiative "BayFiD - Bavaria's Women in Digital Jobs". In exclusive workshops, lectures and company visits, 50 female participants gain insights into digital occupational fields and valuable information about developments in the digital industry. Patron of the program is the Bavarian Minister-President Dr. Markus Söder.
